How do I get rid of the top advertising bar on my email..it is really bugging me…

I’m not sure, but when you find out or someone comes up with an answer, I’m right there with you. I’ve noticed this sudden advertising, by Yahoo, in my e-mail; espcecially the conveniently located “auto loan” & “nutri system” icons right next to my folders list. It’s beyoung annoying, and after using Yahoo for 10 years, this may be nail in the coffin to switch to another service. I think it’s a bad marketing choice by Yahoo.

You haven’t indicated which email service you use. Some of the free and low-cost sites e.g., NetZero keep their costs low by serving ads to people like yourself.
