Anyone know how to send out mass e-mails for company?

My boss is looking into E-mail advertising and was asking me if I know anyone who has a resource for E-mail addresses to mass mail, or I guess through someone’s server like Yahoo or something…IDK heh.
Hmm I figured that was the direction it was heading. Unsolicited E-mails. Yep that’s spam alright.
