Yeah, I will pay 300 for 1/4 for 20k homes.
Also pay 395 for 1/2 page, to 20k, but newspaper style, not glossy.
Assuming it hits your target area, I’d do it.

yeah its a good deal…but if your ad doesn’t have something worthwhile to offer, or doesn’t stand out….you will get almost zero response.

You are competing for attention not only from all the other ads, but also the content…people don’t go looking for good ads in a magazine….the ads must be special, to grab attention. The best way to do that is to have a really good promo offer….don’t be conservative about it…make it something insane. You want people to respond!..this will create sales that otherwise wouldnt have existed in this time frame. That means, even at a discount you are making positive revenue…but most importantly….you are creating new customers…who will make aditional purchases from you again and again.

If your ad is in there to just make people aware that you exist….you are wasting your money. You’ve got to have a hook,or no one will pay any attention.
