it was from Browningnotice@gardencitygroup . I think it is claiming
that they falsly advertised thier services. How do i know if this is legitimate or scam ?

They seem legit…see their website. To be sure, call them.
Usually when you recieve information about a class action lawsuit it comes to you in the mail (United Stated Postal Service).
I don’t know anything that comes via email about a class action lawsuit.
Usually people who participate in a class action lawsuit don’t recieve a high compensation. The money has to be slplit between all parties involved and usually the lawyers recieve the highest sum followed by the person who actually wanted to press the charges against the company.
They seem like a legitimate company. You can call them and talk to them over the phone about this lawsuit. Good Luck.
