from companies and advertise email how to change that i dont want to receive those emails i want to receive only from my freinds .. thank you

It took a while but as i marked e-mails spam they went into a separate spam box so if i ever want to read them i can now i only get a few well very few junk emails

Well, sorry about that, but you don’t get to pick and choose who you will receive email from these days. Experts have said that 95% of all email today is from spammers. So you have one choice: Put your unwanted email, UNOPENED, into spam, or close your email box and don’t send or receive any more.
