How can I find out if a certain company is hiring or accepts reumes/applications via fax or email?

I am a CNA applying for all the jobs in my area but they do not advertise very much.

Call there Human Resources department and they will tell you. Make sure your picture or birthday is not on it or they can’t accept it.
