How do I block all advertising on yahoo mail?

I have blocked images through mail options, and I use AdBlock Plus. However, my checking of e-mail is very slow due to a constant array of ads always downloading… I pay for access through att, but they told me my only option is to tweek my mail options…any suggestions, epecially on how to get AdBlock to block ALL ADS….
