QUESTIONS:
1) How do I copy & paste OR insert a document I have in my Microsoft Word file to a New Email Message? For a advertisement flyer with email address.

What i would do is save the file as an html file in word.

Open the html file in internet explorer, go File > Send > Page By Email.

This should work - just be careful incase you have any linked images.
