Is there a company that gives email listings for pet owners so that a bulk advertising can be done?

What you need is a good “list broker.” List brokers gather lots of lists and then de-duplicate them. You can literally Google “list broker” and you will get a ton of hits. You can even specify income levels, states, and other items you want on the list. Maybe you only want pet owners with an annual household income of $50,000? That is somethign the broker can give you options for.

I **** to say it - but it’s spam. Without getting into a moral quandry, just looking at the economics of it - tough to make it work. You need a more complete strategy.

There are many email marketing compnies offering Emails campaigns as per desired category of interested prospects.
