How do you close an e-mail when applying for a job advertised online?

Is there an appropriate salutation for this type of e-mail? Sincerely? Regards? Doesn’t matter?

And while we’re here, an appropriate greeting? I’ve just got “Hi” right now, should it be “Dear Hiring Manager” or something?

Just wondering if a cover letter in an e-mail should still be formal….

I found the job ad on craigslist.org, if that makes any difference.
