How do you get it to show Undisclosed Recipient when sending email?

I don’t want to advertise my friends email addresses when I forward emails…. is there a way that I can hide them? I know that you have to have one address in the To: field… I want NO ONE’S address to show, though. Thanks!
I have tried that, but then I keep getting copies to me… as much mail as I receive, I don’t want to have to weed through what I forward!… Is there some kind of filter that I could use??
