How do you insert an image in an email signature (not as an attachment)?

I’m trying to get 200 bonus points for Aeria games by helping them advertise. Help?
I’m using Gmail BTW.

Yahoo email instruction
go to options then to your signuture
check the box marked view html source
here you will need to paste your code in the empty box which sould look something like this

If you are using yahoo you will need to host your image somewhere like photo bucket

Cant be done with gmail
