How much do you charge others for online advertising?

I am just starting my online business that includes a news and information site. I expect heavy traffic as my site has daily news updates from my local area including pictures of my city. How much should i charge other businesses to advertise on my website? If it is determined by number of visitors, then lets say i have atleast 200k hits a month.

You can get 5 clients and you can charge each of them 2$ CPM (cost per 1000 impressions)
if you have 200k page impressions per month (40k per month/client) then you can charge 80$ per month each of your 5 advertisers.
for bench mark prices on keywords (or types of businesses if the key word is generic business search related such as ‘jazz club + geographic location’ ) you can use google’s adwords traffic estimator sandbox

you could use a service like advertising.com, and they will take care of that.
