Email advertising

I have my house listed for sale with a company that is by owner. The company gets lots of publicity and my house is showcased on Realtor.com and several other sites. I have made a website http://www.housesforsaleinga.net in which I have several articles about my listing and the surrounding area in which it sits. I have basically made it easy for potential buyers to look at the information about the area and gain some understanding before they make a decision so they will know about a good deal of the community. I am now chomping at the bit to get it sold and want to market the website.
I have written some Ezine articles and submitted it to search engines and have a steady increase in traffic over a short period of time. What else can I do to get this site out there so people can see it?
I’m also a graphic designer and want to set up similar sites for people so if you know how I can market that as well, please let me know as I am unemployed and looking for work!
