How to I send email advertisement to government officials?

I have a website offering Awareness Pins and I want the highway deparment officials to receive this. How do I do it?

Now there is a good way to get anti spam legislation passed. Spam the government.

State or federal government?

Each state has its own website in the form of state.xx.us. For arizona its for example. If state is what you want you will need to go to your particular state and look up individual contact information for your particular highway department.

If Federal:
The US Department of Transportation website is. you can click the “Contact us” link on the top right to see contact info. Their general information address is
