Three things:

Report the email as spam

Email the company and tell then that under the data protection act of 1998, you wish to have all your details removed from their database and messaging system. The company has to reply with evidence that they have:

A. Met your demand
B. Provide evidence why they are entitled to use your data

If not response is given within 30 days the company is breaking the law, You can then email / com to send details about further action.
