I want to put an email form on a webpage. Where can I get the code with no strings attached?

I’ve found sites that will give you the code (actually I think they host it remotely) but you must advertise their site or include a link. I want the code on my server and webpage

Search for php email - there are (at least) hundreds of scripts. A few people have actually posted whole PHP email classes as answers here. (If you’re on an ASP site, try You can download source for the whole site, and he has some CDO or CDONT email code.)
