I’m having spam email problems how do I stop it?

In the last two days I got 93 spam email from a website advertising farm ***. It all gets filtered in my junk email but I still have to dig through my junk email box daily as most my mail ends up there anyways. Can anyone help. I use msn mail as my main email. Thanks for any help

someone must have given out your email adress.
i say change your email.
