Is it possible to get the email addresses of all the accounts in a particular Email server like Yahoomail?

I want send bulk emails to a large number of members some thing like email advertisements. For this purpose I need email addresses of all the accounts in an email server like Yahoomail. Is it possible to obtain the email addresses like that? If so how to do it?
