I’ll add a little more on you, but not too much more, just sell yourself a little, and also add why you want this job. Keep in mind this person might get many email replies to this add, and by including something on yourself and why you want this job, might show that you have some true interest in it and could possibly keep it form getting deleted.

Whatever Your Name Is

A short, professional note stating the position you are applying for is all you need if you are including a cover letter in your attachment. Otherwise, you should treat the Email as a cover letter. The first option is preferred.
