My Email is slow and now my address book disappeared $24.95?

I am stockholder and the constant decline in service is unbelievable. I cannot believe that your revenue comes from advertising and you cannot keep the email and address books working.. Do you think I should migrate all my email to my gmail account..and sell me stock? or can you fix this without charging $24.95. I would not mind but the price is steep and your service has been unreliable..
