There are hundreds of ad brokers and reps out there, but most will only work with relatively large web sites that fit in specific high-value niches. Unfortunately, many of these firms are relatively passive, and don’t actively seek out advertisers for individual web sites, but instead only seek out advertisers interested in advertising on multiple sites that they represent.
Note that there are also many “ad networks” which accept many web sites, but “ad networks” never seek out advertisers for individual web sites in their networks.
Some “networks” claim to be brokers or reps; some firms simply defy classification.
