PLEASE HELP.What is going on w/ my e mail and how can i stop it from sending spam?

I don’t know what happened, but my hotmail account is sending e mails advertising viagra and other stuff. It is sending it to everyone in my contacts.
I have not visited any kind of pharmacy or viagra website at all .
What is going on and how can i stop it???

Someone has gotten into your account and its now being used as a zombie.

The best thing to do is to close that account and make a new one.

Be sure to write down all of your contacts.
