The craigslist link is supposed to open my mail so I can write to the person advertising something on craigs?

The link does not work. I have no way to respond on craigslist. The link works on CompuServe but not Yahoo?

Just copy the email address and send an email to it.

Highlight the link or write down the address.

Then open your email account manually and copy the link into the “To” box or type it in manually. This should work.

The reason the link doesn’t open your yahoo account is because you don’t have your computer set up to recognize your yahoo email as being your default email account.

I do this all the time at work, because my default email is my work email, but I like to respond to craigslist ads from my personal email. Just highlight, then use ctrl+c to copy, and use ctrl+V to paste into the email.

copy their contact link (usually is a bunch of different characters) and paste it into your email in the to: box. That will forward to their email. Make sure to leave your email address for them to contact you.
