What does the acronym POV or POB stand for in Web advertising?

I heard someone say “POB” or “POV” in the context of a discussion about Web advertising. Can someone please tell me what this means?
Also, any suggestions for sites where I can learn the ins and outs and terminology of this medium? I am new at this but trying to get a job in the field.
