Where can I find email address capture software?

I want to send out mass emails so I can advertise my website. I would like to do this for free. Where can I get a mass email address list or the software to capture emails address?

This type of advertising is called spamming, and everyone considers it a nuissance. People who want to recieve emails from you will give you their address. Don’t be a spammer.
